Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
House
The Wayzata Boys Basketball Association (WBBA) understands that special circumstances may occur in which a player cannot participate in their registered sport or event. Once the practices/camps/clinics have begun, refunds will not be considered. All cancelled registrations are subject to a $25 administration fee. After a program registration has closed, no refunds or cancellations will be given except in the case of injury or similar extenuating circumstances which prevents practice and game participation, and then only by approval of the WBBA Board of Directors. No refunds will be given in the case where program sessions must be canceled due to weather, facilities cancellations, or other situations beyond the WBBA’s control. When requesting a refund, please email info@wayzatabasketball.org and include your player's name, grade, your name, and reason you are requesting a refund. Players on full scholarship will not be granted refunds at any time. Players on partial scholarship will only receive a refund prior to team formation.
